Sonja Sivesind, LAc, MSAOM
Sonja Sivesind began studying acupuncture and Chinese herbs at Touro College in Manhattan. She moved back home to Seattle and graduated from Bastyr University in 2008. Sonja has practiced acupuncture in many public health and community settings in Seattle and staffed the Alternative Health Care Access Campaign for two years, coordinating the efforts of Naturopathic physicians, massage therapists and acupuncturists in providing free healthcare to homeless and low income people.
Before following the path of Chinese medicine, Sonja worked in several social justice organizations. She is grateful for this opportunity to merge economic justice with community health care and is excited to be working in Fremont with other health care practitioners dedicated to providing accessible and quality care. Karah is a graduate of the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, OR where she studied Biomedicine, Quantum Medicine, Bodywork, Meditation, QiGong an Phytopharmeceutical Formulas. She is passionate about Wellness Education and is actively engaged in Healthcare Reform.

Susan treats the whole family and has specialized training in women's and children's health including gynecological disorders, fertility, maternity and postpartum care, chronic conditions, and emotional disorders. Susan specializes in Toyohari Japanese style acupuncture which uses very gentle light techniques on acupuncture points.
